Tools built for you

Every business has one task done by hand every week that adds nothing and nobody wants to do. Copying orders into a spreadsheet. Writing up quotes. Reconciling bookings from three places. That can be taken off your plate.

Proposal

Within 24 h

We start by looking, not selling

The first question is not "what do you want to automate", it is "what do you do every week that you resent doing". There are almost always two or three, and one of them can usually be solved in a few days.

And if something cannot be automated, or is not worth it, we tell you before charging you. Some tasks cost more to automate than to keep doing by hand, and saying so is part of the job.

What we usually build

Tools that connect what you already use: an order from the website landing straight in your spreadsheet, a quote generated and sent signed, bookings from three channels ending up in one calendar, the month’s figures summarising themselves into an email on the 1st.

No installing a giant piece of software that has to be learned. Small tools, built for the way you work, that do one thing and do it well.

What's included

What it includes

An audit of the manual work

We look at what you do each week, how long it takes and what can be removed.

Connects what you already use

Your spreadsheet, your email, your WhatsApp, your till. Nothing has to be replaced.

Built to your measure

To the way you work, not the way some generic software forces you to.

We teach you to use it

No 80-page manual. If it needs a training course, it is badly built.

Honesty up front

If automating it is not worth it, we tell you before charging you anything.

Reachable afterwards

We are two people with names and a phone number. If something breaks, we answer.

How we work

How we work

  1. Tell us what you hate doing

Twenty minutes. That weekly task that eats your morning.

  2. We tell you if it is worth it

With numbers: how much time it saves and what it costs to build.

  3. We build it

Small, specific and to your measure. Shown to you as it progresses.

  4. We leave it running

With the minimum training needed and us reachable.

Fair questions

Frequently asked questions

What can actually be automated in a small business?

More than you would think: orders copied by hand, repetitive quotes, bookings arriving from three different places, monthly reports, customer reminders, invoices. The best approach is to tell us what you do each week and we will say what can go.

Do I have to change the software I use?

Usually not. The point is to connect what you already use, not force you to learn something new. If something genuinely has to change, we tell you beforehand and explain why.

What does it cost?

It depends what it has to connect to, which is why the price goes in the proposal before we start. What we always do is tell you how much time it saves per month so you can judge whether it is worth it.

What if it breaks in six months?

We are two people with names and a phone number, not a contact form. We answer. And we leave the tool documented so that if you ever want somebody else to look after it, they can.
